We offer beautifully designed one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments tailored for modern comfort and intentional living.

Every apartment features premium stainless steel appliances, enhanced quartz countertops (which are non-porous, antibacterial, and sleek), and designer low-VOC, GREENGUARD Certified vinyl plank. Our oversized windows feature high ceilings to make your space feel light, airy, and expansive.
Is there a washer and dryer in the apartment?
Yes, every home at Millhaus comes equipped with a high-efficiency, in-unit washer and dryer.
Do the apartments have private outdoor space?
Yes! Select floor plans feature personal private balconies or patios so you can take in the fresh mountain air right from your living room.
Are the apartments equipped with smart home technology?
Yes, our homes feature integrated smart home features for seamless climate control, security, and convenience.

Are there any move-in specials right now?

What is the security deposit for an apartment at Millhaus?
The security deposit for our apartments is $500. To secure a specific apartment home, we require a $299 administrative holding fee.
What are the pet fees?
We are excited that you are bringing a furry friend along with you, here are the pet fees to expect:
- $200 one time refundable pet deposit
- $300 one time nonrefundable pet fee
- $45 monthly pet rent

What are the Brevvie Equipment Lockers?
We know you love adventure, but you don’t always want to store bulky gear. Our on-site Brevvie Lockers allow residents to easily rent recreational equipment and everyday essentials directly from their phones.
I work from home. Do you have spaces for remote work?
Yes! We offer a dedicated Co-Working Space and Business Center. When you need a break from your screen, you can step into our private courtyards or grab a coffee in the Clubhouse.
Do you have EV charging stations?
We do. We support sustainable transit with on-site EV charging stations available for our residents.
What is the Multi-Sport Golf Simulator?
Located in our Game and Entertainment Lounge, our multi-sport simulator is a high-tech amenity where you can practice your golf swing or play virtual sports year-round!

Where do residents park?
Millhaus features a sleek, two-story podium parking garage with gated access and controlled entry for your peace of mind.
How much is the monthly parking fee?
We have a few different options for parking at Millhaus:
- $75 single reserved stall
- $100 EV charging stall
- $125 tandem stall
Are utilities included in the rent?
Base rent does not include utilities. Water, sewer, trash, and smart home services are billed separately.
I read a review mentioning noise. Is the building soundproofed?
While no shared-living community can be completely soundproof, Millhaus was thoughtfully designed with enhanced sound insulation in the walls, premium construction materials, and high-performance windows to help reduce outside noise and minimize sound transfer between residences for a more comfortable living experience.
